All interested travellers to Taiwan are welcome to visit and gain a greater understanding of the key sights and attractions that Taiwan has to offer.
Visitors can explore interactive displays, access tailored travel information and chat to local Taiwanese representatives about suggested places to visit.
Experience all that Taiwan has to offer, right here in Sydney, at the Taiwan Tourism Information Centre.
Travel Update E- Arrival Card
Effective October 1, 2025, all arrivals into Taiwan must complete an electronic arrival card (TWAC) prior to arrival; paper-based forms will be phased out.
The form must be submitted online via the official portal at least 3 days prior to arrival. Once submitted, the system sends a confirmation email to the traveller’s registered address.
Travellers do not generally need to present a printed version — when your passport is scanned at immigration, the system will automatically retrieve your registered information.
