“Annual Pass” Offer Terms and Conditions

1. Offer Details. The purchase of Virgin Voyages’ Annual Pass will provide the purchaser access to our inventory of sailings, at no voyage fare cost, for the length of one year from the start date. The purchaser can choose from the following start dates:

• 01 January 2025
• 01 February 2025
• 01 March 2025
• 01 April 2025

The cost for the Annual Pass Offer is $120,000 USD. This cost is to satisfy the voyage fare associated with any sailings for which the sailor decides to create a reservation. The cost of the Annual Pass Offer is due in full upon purchase and is non-refundable. The taxes and port fees for each sailing will still need to be satisfied by the sailor at the time of booking each voyage through our Red Glove Crew. Pass purchases will be accepted by wire transfer only, no exceptions to be made. 

2. Restrictions/Exclusions/Caveats. The Annual Pass is subject to the following restrictions and exclusions. 

2.1. Eligible Bookings. Must be a new booking onboard any Virgin Voyages’ vessel for a double occupancy cabin and made during the one year booking window from the start date the purchaser has chosen. The booking must be paid in full at the time of reservation; and the booking is otherwise made in accordance with all applicable booking terms and conditions presented at the time of making the booking. 

The Annual Pass Offer is available for purchase beginning 12:01 a.m. EST on Tuesday, 03 December 2024 until 11:59 p.m. EDT on Monday, 31 March 2025 or sooner once sold out (“Offer Period”) for access to voyages onboard the Scarlet Lady, the Brilliant Lady, the Valiant Lady, or the Resilient Lady. 

The purchaser will be labeled as the primary passenger (“Sailor 1”) on all sailings booked and will remain the same for all itineraries in the respective Voyage Period. Sailor 1 must be 18 years of age at time of booking in order to be eligible. The secondary passenger may be changed between itineraries as long as the cabin remains at double occupancy. A 3rd or 4th Sailor can be added to a reservation at the prevailing rate, as the Annual Pass Offer only covers Sailor 1 and 2 voyage fare.

Pass holders are responsible for complying with all international travel and immigration requirements, including providing proof of onward or return travel where applicable.

2.2. Eligible Cabins. This Offer is only available on a per cabin double occupancy basis. All bookings are subject to voyage and cabin availability and seasonality. Single occupancy cabins will be priced the same. Sailors may potentially be placed into our Central Sea Terrace, or Limited View Sea Terrace if no The Sea Terrace cabins are available.

2.3. Eligible Voyages. Pass holders may not book overlapping or duplicate voyages, or any itineraries that are impossible to sail. Eligible voyages are limited to non-charter, open, revenue voyages. Back-to-back voyages are eligible to be booked; however, the same cabin is not guaranteed and is subject to availability. The following voyages are excluded from being booked back-to-back, however are eligible to be booked individually:

• Brilliant Lady 23 September 2025 and 03 October 2025
• Brilliant Lady 03 May2026 and 11 May 2026

2.4. Inclusions. Persons making an Eligible Voyage will receive access to the following exclusive perks referred to as Deep Blue Extras for the Annual Pass Offer voyages. These perks are a part of our Sailing Club membership and being offered to the purchaser as part of the Annual Pass Offer. If the purchaser is already a sailing club member who receives Deep Blue Extras, they will not receive duplicated perks. Each booking made with our Annual Pass Offer will count towards your sailing club membership. The perks included in Deep Blue Extras are:

• Unlimited Premium WiFi;
• $100 Bar Tab Credit;
• Exclusive Cocktail Event;
• Complimentary Laundry Service: 2 Pressed Items, 1 Specialty Cleaned Item, 1 Laundry Bag;
• Priority Boarding at Embarkation;
• Dedicated Sailor Services Support;
• Two specialty coffees per day at bars, restaurants, or the Grounds Club.
  • Not available through Ship Eats. 
  • Alcoholic coffee cocktails not included. 
  • Applies solely to Sailor 1.
  • Coffee credit expires at the end of each day and does not roll over to the next day. 

Items that form a part of this Offer (including any unused items) are not transferable, exchangeable, or be used for resell and cannot be taken as cash.  This offer is also not to be used to artificially consume cabin inventory.

3. All ancillary products, such as Shore Excursions and upgrades, are not included in any booked eligible sailing. These are purchased separately prior to sailing. If purchased, insurance is $53 a day flat fee per voyage (subject to change).

4. The Annual Pass is non-refundable. All cancellations or changes to a booked eligible sailing under the pass must be made at least 7 days before the voyage start date to avoid any penalties. 

5. This Offer may not be used in conjunction with the following offers, discounts or credits: My Next Virgin Voyage, Contracted Circle Programs; Affinity Circles, Casino Rates; Interline Rates; First Mate Rates; Virgin Red Points Offer; Internal reduced rate programs; Giveaway, Promotional, Reduced Rate, Free Access Keys, or any other Promotional Offer. Further, bookings made under this Offer are not eligible for upgrades, promotional Bar Tab or onboard credit offers. Upgrades can be purchased through Plusgrade.

6. The purchaser will still be held to our Ticket Contract for each booked eligible sailing. (available at https://www.virginvoyages.com/Web-Marketing/addl-terms-and-conditions.html).  

7. The commissionable Voyage Fare amount for Travel Agents (or “First Mates” in our branding voice) will be paid a flat amount of $10,000 USD. The First Mate must be named at the time of purchase, Virgin Voyages will not allow First Mates to be added at a later date. 

8. Virgin Voyages reserves the right to modify this offer at any time. Should the Annual Pass Offer be withdrawn or suspended such that one’s booking is affected, the refund of monies submitted towards the offer shall be the sole remedy.
