Yes! Finally! International borders are opening starting with Singapore and Hong Kong BUT before you get too excited, it’s only with specific countries.
Starting from early September 2021, visitors from Brunei, Germany, Hong Kong, Macao, Mainland China, New Zealand and Taiwan may enter Singapore as a short term tourist.
Be sure to read all the conditions before booking flights as only certain flights are permitted including flying with Singapore Airlines with fully vaccinated crew plus you’ll need to provide proof of vaccination and a negative covid test.
However, what it means is as more countries get vaccinated, more borders will open. So;
